Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • Customers must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the damaged or defective product to qualify for a return.

Unboxing Video Guidelines:

  • The video must be continuous, from the opened sealed package to displaying the damaged product.
  • The product and packaging must be visible in the video.

Timeframe for Return Requests:

  • Customers must submit a return request within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • We will process your return request within 2 days of approval.

Non-Returnable Products:

  • Products that are functional and free from damage are not eligible for return.
  • Any damage caused by customer mishandling will not qualify for a return.

No Replacement or Exchange:

  • We do not offer product replacements or exchanges at this time.

Refund Policy

Refunds for Returned Products:

  • Refunds will be issued only after verifying the unboxing video and confirming the product’s damage.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed and credited within 7 working days to the original payment method.

Partial Refunds:

  • If only part of the order is damaged or defective, a partial refund may be issued.

Refund Exceptions:

  • No refunds will be granted if the product is found to be in proper condition after review.
